Indian Porter operates as a logistics lead generation and referral platform. We connect customers with independent truck owners, transporters, and drivers across India.

Indian Porter does not provide transportation services and does not own, lease, manage, or control any transport vehicles.

2. Independent Transporters

All transport services are provided by independent truck owners/operators.

Indian Porter:

  • Does not employ drivers
  • Does not supervise transportation
  • Does not control routes or delivery
  • Does not handle loading or unloading

The transport agreement is strictly between the customer and the truck owner/operator.

3. No Liability for Goods

Indian Porter shall not be responsible or liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to goods
  • Delay in delivery
  • Accidents during transit
  • Misdelivery
  • Loading or unloading damages
  • Driver misconduct

All risks related to transportation are borne solely by the customer and the transporter.

4. Payments

Indian Porter does not collect freight charges from customers through the website.

Payment terms are decided directly between the customer and the transporter.

Indian Porter may charge a commission or referral fee to the transporter for providing leads.

The Company is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.

5. User Responsibility

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipment details
  • Ensure proper packaging of goods
  • Verify transporter credentials before finalizing transport

Transporters agree to:

  • Maintain valid licenses and permits
  • Comply with Indian transport laws
  • Take full responsibility for transport services

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Indian Porter be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Business losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Legal claims arising from transportation

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee received by Indian Porter.

7. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
